The Medicine Brush

$88.00

The Medicine Brush is for those who are integrating medicine work of any kind, and calling in small embodied rituals to aid in their journeys inward. The Medicine Brush reminds us that underneath the layers of story, conditioning and beliefs lay our truest gifts, the ones we can give with an open and joyful heart, the ones that the world most dearly needs. This brush, and the ritual of brushing, is a touchstone to bring us into contact with our gifts, our medicine, and help us remember the simplicity of saying YES to anything that calls our medicine out of us and into the world, and NO to anything that doesn't.
The Medicine Brush Mantra - I am learning to know my truest gifts, and I give my gifts with an open heart where they will be received most deeply. I share my medicine in ways that create a more loving and connected world. I am the medicine.

The FREE YOUR HAIR Brush was designed to bring vitality, pleasure and connection into your daily life, one brush stroke at a time.

Designed for all hair types and especially curls, our vegan brushes have uniquely long nylon bristles in addition to shorter ones which mimic boars hair without the usage of animal products.

*The bristles on our brushes start stiff and soften up beautifully over time, so use gently at first on very sensitive scalps.

The engraved designs on our brushes are imagined and drawn by American and Indigenous artists, each with a specific meaning, intention and mantra to use while brushing.

Our brush parts are manufactured by our factory partners in Ningbo, China before they are engraved and hand finished with acrylic paint and packed to ship to you from our home-based shop in California.

Our classically mixed all-vegan bristles are made with nylon on a rubber cushion bed and beech-wood handle. Engravings are hand painted with acrylic paint.

Keep brush in a cool dry place, remove buildup manually from cushion bed, and be sure to keep the wood oiled especially through the warm and cold seasons.

High temperatures and excessive water exposure may cause brittleness, wearing and bristle loss. See more specific care instructions in our FAQ's.
