Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for our brushes.
We will honor a 3 month replacement policy for broken/ damaged brushes showing wood handle cracking or breakage and ask for description of damage and photos, with your name, shipping address and desired brush model.
We will also need a screenshot of your order receipt showing the time frame of over 3 months since purchase.
You will need to Venmo @roxie-jane 10$ with ‘shipping’ in the subject line and screenshot it and send with your photos/shipping info to initiate your replacement.
Please note that a little bit of bristle loss is natural over time with wear. We will not exchange brushes for bristle loss and we encourage you to care for your brushes gently, without heat and as outlined in our brush care page.
